CEN/TC 251 is contributing to the newly launched i2X project, supporting the implementation of the European Electronic Health Record Exchange Format (EEHRxF). This major EU initiative, coordinated by Uphill and involving 38 partners across 12 countries, will pilot the exchange of health data for over 3 million citizens. CEN/TC 251 experts are actively involved in key work packages to promote alignment with European standards to ensure and enable safe, interoperable, and cross-border health data exchange.
